Erin Berman just reached out to me with this request:
We are seeking a couple of editors for upcoming IMLS funded, Privacy Field Guides. There are 4-5 guides that will need to be reviewed by people with a passion for privacy in the library. Guides are likely to be 2-4 pages in length and we anticipate having 2-3 of them completed in November for review. So far our topics are: Staff Training, Privacy Audits, and Data Lifecycle.
A reviewer’s guide will be provided to you with instructions on how to review the guides and give feedback. We are seeking people from all library types and especially want to hear from small and rural libraries! If you’re interested, please contact Erin Berman (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 10/18.
I can put you in touch with her or you can email her directly. I don’t think there is funding for this editing role.
